About the role
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. seeks a Quality Control associate within the Global Manufacturing Organisation to conduct sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples at the Baddi, Himachal Pradesh facility. Day-to-day work includes analyzing IP/FP/Stability/PV samples, performing SAP activities and ROA preparation, reviewing analytical records against specifications and STP, ensuring error-free documentation, and maintaining lab safety and instrument calibration. The role reports discrepancies, OOS/OOT, and incidents to the Group Leader and supports stability study creation and protocol review.
What you’ll do
- Conduct analysis of IP/FP/Stability/PV samples as allotted by the Group Leader
- Perform SAP activities and ROA preparation
- Review analytical records and raw data against Specification and STP
- Ensure documentation is online and error-free, and verify correctness before submitting for Group Leader review
- Ensure only calibrated instruments/equipment and valid reference standards are used for analysis
- Maintain designated placement of SOP/STP/reference standards and clean instruments before and after analysis
- Follow all safety precautions and procedures, use proper PPE, and ensure lab safety and JSA compliance
- Report discrepancies, incidents, OOS, and OOT to the Group Leader in time, and charge/withdraw stability samples per interval, create stability studies in SAP, and review stability protocols
What you’ll bring
- B. Pharma, B.Sc, or M.Sc qualification
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Ability to conduct analysis of IP/FP/Stability/PV samples as allotted by the Group Leader
- Proficiency in SAP activities and ROA preparation
- Ability to review analytical records and raw data against Specification and STP
- Ensure documentation is online and error-free before submission for Group Leader review
- Use only calibrated instruments/equipment and valid reference standards for analysis
- Follow all safety precautions and procedures, use proper PPE, and ensure lab safety and JSA compliance
