About the role

EXL Recruitment team seeks a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support Technology Lateral Hiring across the Delhi NCR region. The role sources technical talent via LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms, screens candidates, coordinates interviews and manages stakeholder communication. Hybrid work model in India, collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Source qualified technology professionals
Maintain candidate pipeline
Conduct initial screening calls
Schedule and coordinate interview panels
Track interview feedback and update ATS
Generate recruitment metrics reports

2+ years technical recruitment experience
Hands‑on sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri

Proficiency with ATS and MS Office
