What you’ll do
- Provide 24×7 on‑call enterprise storage support
- Manage IBM PMRs and resolve storage incidents
- Perform hardware/software upgrades and migrations
- Create reports for capacity planning and performance tuning
- Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years mainframe storage administration
- Experience with GDPS, DFSMShsm, and IBM DS8000
- Proficient in JCL, REXX, and SAS scripting
- Knowledge of cyber resiliency technologies
