  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
  • Document incidents and follow ITSM change control procedures

  • Disaster recovery planning

  • CA-1, MIMTape, Dell/EMC, RMM, TLMS, GRS
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
