About the role

What you’ll do
- Maintain relationship with branch banking team for smooth gold loan processing
- Recruit, train and motivate ASL executives to increase gold loan portfolio
- Ensure compliance and operational processes are followed by ASL and branch teams
- Achieve top line numbers and productivity targets as guided by central team
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 2-4 years relevant work experience (preferably NBFC)
