About the role

Branch Banking at Axis Bank drives retail growth through gold loan services. As a Gold Loan Officer you will manage gold loan operations, maintain portfolio profitability, recruit and train ASL executives, and ensure compliance while meeting productivity targets. Based in Choudwar, this on‑site role works closely with the branch banking team to expand gold loan offerings.

• Maintain relations with branch banking team for smooth gold loan processing
• Recruit, train and motivate ASL executives to grow gold loan portfolio
• Ensure compliance and operational processes are followed
• Achieve productivity benchmarks and top‑line targets
• Manage portfolio profitability through pricing and fee strategies
• Provide ongoing support and training to staff

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or MBA preferred
• 2-4 years relevant experience in NBFC or branch banking
• Proven experience in channel sales and team management
• Strong relationship building skills
• Problem solving ability and hands‑on approach
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration
