About the role

MSME Business – Gold Loan division focuses on providing secured financing to customers using gold as collateral. The Gold Loan Officer acquires and services gold loan customers through branch and open market channels, handling valuation, loan processing, and collateral safety in line with policy. Generates leads, coordinates appraisal, ensures proper documentation, and follows up on overdues while cross‑selling other bank products. Based in Indore, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Generate gold loan leads via walk‑ins, references and local connectors
• Coordinate appraisal/valuation and complete documentation accurately
• Ensure custody, storage and insurance protocols are followed
• Follow up on overdues and interest servicing, drive cross‑sell of liabilities/TPP

What you’ll bring

• 0-5 years experience
• Graduate degree (any specialization)
