About the role

Transformation & Project Management team at Sanofi India supports vendor enablement and operational excellence. The Associate Specialist provides first‑line support for vendor inquiries, logs issues, assists with data entry, documentation, and prepares training materials. Hyderabad, India, On-site, hybrid schedule with support hours up to 12:30 PM EST for North America colleagues.

What you’ll do

Provide first‑line support for vendor inquiries and issue triage
Log and track requests, ensuring accurate documentation
Assist in maintaining SOPs and process documentation
Support data entry and cleansing for vendor master data
Prepare materials for workshops and training sessions
Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring

0-2 years procurement experience
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Communications or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, SAP SHIFT, Coupa
Fluent English
