Provide first-line support for vendor inquiries
Assist troubleshooting in enterprise systems
Log and track issues and maintain case records
Maintain process documentation and assist in workshops
Collect and input operational metrics into dashboards
Communicate status updates to internal requesters
Prepare training materials and schedule sessions
General administrative support to Vendor Enablement team

What you’ll bring

0-2 years procurement coordination
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Communications or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, SAP SHIFT, Coupa, Zoom
