About the role

Finance Planning & Analysis team at Lennox International focuses on delivering accurate financial insights for the Commercial Segment. The Specialist prepares monthly close, FP&A forecasts, and reporting packs, conducts audits of cost reduction projects, and supports segment-level initiatives. Role involves driving AI and automation initiatives, building Excel VBA tools, and providing backup for daily factory reporting. Chennai office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Prepare monthly close and FP&A forecasts for key P&L and balance sheet metrics
• Generate weekly/monthly FP&A reports and journal entries for freight, fuel, and accessories
• Audit material cost reduction projects and validate savings with sourcing managers
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency
• Support daily factory reporting and transition activities from US team

What you’ll bring

• Chartered Accountant or CMA
• 5-8 years FP&A experience
• SAP FICO proficiency
• Advanced Excel and VBA automation
• PowerBI or similar AI tools exposure

Nice to have

• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
• Ability to manage stakeholders across functions
• Strong communication and analytical skills
