Specialist - FP&A

About the role

Lennox seeks a Specialist in FP&A to drive complex financial reporting, planning, and analysis for its climate-control solutions division. The role involves generating financial statements, maintaining internal databases, and supporting management with budgeting and capital expenditure insights. This position is based in Chennai, India, on an on-site schedule.

What you’ll do

• Generate financial statements and perform financial consolidation for month-end close
• Provide analysis in financial budgeting and planning to support management
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the company’s internal financial database
• Analyze trends and resolve issues related to SAP reporting and sales/margin reports
• Provide analytical support in capital expenditure, margin, and cost variation
• Support the development of financial models and analytical tools
• Coach less-experienced financial analysts as needed

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access

Nice to have

Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP and Hyperion
