About the role
The Site Reliability Engineering team at LSEG’s Risk Intelligence business builds and maintains the cloud‑native platform that powers real‑time risk analytics. As an SRE, you will monitor SLOs, automate incident response, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability dashboards with Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and BigPanda. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed reliability into delivery and support global SRE initiatives. The role is based in Bangalore, India, with a full‑time on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Support reliability operations across platforms
- Monitor and maintain SLOs, SLIs, error budgets
- Participate in incident response and post‑incident reviews
- Develop automation for operational tasks and compliance
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Implement observability dashboards and alerts
- Contribute to infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Support integration of Kong API Gateway and Snowflake
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years SRE experience
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Datadog, OpenTelemetry, BigPanda
- Kong API Gateway, Snowflake
- ServiceNow and ITIL practices
- Python or Bash scripting
