About the role

Service Parts Operations team at Bruker leads the development and execution of a global service parts ecosystem for advanced semiconductor and scientific instrumentation customers. The role drives strategic planning and hands‑on execution to ensure next‑day availability of critical spare parts, optimizing inventory, logistics efficiency, and service performance. Bengaluru, India, on-site, Full-time, Senior level, 8‑12+ years experience in service supply chain and logistics.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement global service parts strategy aligned to uptime, speed, and cost objectives
• Design and optimize multi‑echelon distribution network for rapid fulfillment
• Lead forecasting models using installed base, usage trends, and product lifecycle dynamics
• Establish segmentation models to drive stocking policies and safety stock strategies
• Optimize global logistics with 3PLs, freight, and depot balancing to meet SLA commitments
• Balance service levels with working capital efficiency, reducing excess and obsolete inventory
• Establish KPIs and operating cadence for service parts performance and lead cross‑functional collaboration

What you’ll bring

• 8-12+ years experience in service supply chain or spare parts planning
• experience with complex capital equipment or instrumentation, preferably semiconductor
• expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, and global logistics operations
• proven cross‑functional alignment and operational improvement delivery
