The Fullstack Lead designs, codes, tests and documents complex .NET and Angular features, reviews team code, drives architectural improvements and collaborates with architects and business analysts to deliver robust solutions. Bangalore, India, on‑site work model, relocation support available.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, development and delivery of complex full‑stack features
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve quality
• Collaborate with architects to define and implement architectural changes
• Estimate effort and work with business analysts to refine requirements
• Refactor existing codebases to enhance maintainability and performance
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and quality metrics

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years of end‑to‑end web application development using .NET stack
• Strong expertise in C#, MVC, WCF, REST/WebAPI, Entity Framework
• Proficient in Angular (v2+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with SOLID principles, design patterns and n‑tier architecture
• Hands‑on with unit testing frameworks (nUnit, MsUnit) and TDD/BDD practices
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
