About the role

Risk Management team at JPMorgan Chase drives risk strategy and analytical infrastructure for credit card products. The VP leads end‑to‑end risk strategies, designs GenAI and LLM analytics projects, and mentors a group of analytics professionals. Works closely with cross‑functional partners and presents insights to senior executives. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Create, design, analyze and execute GenAI/LLM analytics projects
• Make independent decisions on complex risk issues
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to address business challenges
• Conduct end‑to‑end analytical tasks from problem identification to recommendation
• Communicate findings orally and in writing to diverse stakeholders
• Coach and mentor analytics team members
• Provide people management and leadership
• Ensure robust risk controls and compliance

What you’ll bring

• MS or Bachelor's in Math, Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience solving ambiguous problems
• Ability to prioritize cross‑functional projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lending lifecycle and risk policies
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exposure to GenAI or AI/ML projects
