About the role
Finance Transformation Office at State Street drives strategic automation, technology modernization, and analytics for client profitability. The VP leads the automation roadmap, partners with Finance, DART, and technology teams to implement scalable solutions, and oversees governance, PCM implementation, and advanced analytics. Bangalore, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute client P&L automation roadmap aligned with finance transformation objectives
- Identify, prioritize and implement automation opportunities across reporting and analytics processes
- Redesign operating models and establish governance to improve efficiency and controls
- Lead PCM implementation, requirements gathering, testing, UAT and migration to scalable platforms
- Drive data quality, self‑service reporting and advanced analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with executives, finance, technology and business partners to translate requirements into solutions
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to transformation and analytics teams
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement and accountability across cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems or Data Analytics
- MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred
- 10-12+ years experience in Finance, FP&A, Client Profitability or Finance Transformation
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation or technology programs
- Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement business solutions
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analytics and allocation methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience with PCM/HPCM/Oracle EPM platforms
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Knowledge of AI, automation and analytics technologies
