About the role
HRBP – Manager at Paytm Money, a fintech arm of Paytm, partners with business leaders to align HR strategy with growth objectives. Drives end‑to‑end HRBP functions—engagement, performance, talent, and organizational effectiveness—while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Ops. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on‑site with a hybrid model.
