About the role
The Chief System Integration & Interface Expert-Cum-Dy. Project Director will lead system integration strategy for high-performance railway projects. This role involves managing technical and functional interfaces, ensuring design compliance, and overseeing testing and commissioning phases. The position requires supporting the Project Director in project control, resource allocation, and resolving complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rail-based passenger transit systems, with a focus on system integration and interface management.
What you’ll do
- Develop and enforce system integration strategy
- Manage technical and functional interfaces
- Ensure contractor designs meet requirements
- Supervise testing, trials, and commissioning
- Support Project Director in project control
- Resolve complex disputes and change requests
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
- 20 years of experience in rail-based passenger transit systems
- 5 years of experience in interface management and system integration
- Experience as Deputy Team Leader or equivalent position for at least 2 years
