Senior Android Developer - Kotlin

About the role

We seek a seasoned Android engineer to build and enhance our mobile banking app. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and platform engineers to design, develop, and ship high-quality features using Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, and modern architecture patterns. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Android experience, deep knowledge of Android fundamentals, and a passion for continuous learning and code quality.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following SOLID principles.
• Implement robust application architecture (MVVM, MVI, or MVP).
• Monitor app performance and optimize as needed.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Research and adopt new technologies for efficiency.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Android development experience, preferably in banking.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, and Material Design.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM/MVI/MVP architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.
