About the role

Mobile Development team at Mindera builds high‑performance Android applications for global clients. The Senior Android Developer designs, develops, and maintains native Android apps using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM and Clean Architecture, collaborates with product, design, QA and backend teams in an Agile environment, and mentors junior engineers. Remote work, Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop native Android apps
• Implement modern UI with Jetpack Compose
• Write unit and UI tests
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile sprints
• Optimize app performance, stability and security
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs
• Stay current with Android best practices

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Android development
• Kotlin expertise
• Jetpack Compose
• MVVM/Clean Architecture
• Coroutines and Flow
• REST API integration
• Firebase services
• Git and CI/CD

Nice to have

• Experience with Java is a plus
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)
