About the role

Accenture Engineering Services team drives technical solutions for complex aircraft interior challenges. The Engineering Services Practitioner collaborates across structural and stress design, qualification, and configuration to deliver innovative engineering outcomes. Bengaluru office, on-site role focusing on aircraft interior design and project leadership.

What you’ll do

• Serve as subject matter expert in aircraft interior engineering
• Collaborate and manage teams to perform engineering tasks
• Make key decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team
• Evaluate and implement best practices to improve engineering efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 5 years experience in Aircraft Interior Design
• 15 years full time education

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design
• Experience with CAD software for aircraft interiors
• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to aircraft design
• Ability to conduct analysis and testing for safety compliance
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
