Engineering Services Practitioner

About the role

Accenture seeks an Engineering Services Practitioner in Bengaluru to support aircraft cabin design engineering. The role involves end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, including 3D assembly, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring expertise in Airbus processes and Catia V5.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership for timely delivery of assigned work orders
• Analyze cabin design input data to develop engineering deliverables
• Create Change Documents, 3D assemblies, and 2D drawings
• Perform quality control and assurance for technical documentation
• Prepare lessons learned, root cause analysis, and training materials
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Lead coordination discussions with teams and customers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices

What you’ll bring

• 2-7 years experience in Aircraft Interior Design
• Strong knowledge of Airbus Process and methods
• Proficient in Catia V5 application
• Experience with Enovia VPM, PASS, ACP CADB, TAKSY, GILDA, ICC CADB, SAP
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOM with GD&T knowledge
• 15 years full-time education (B.Tech/B.E/P.G. in Mechanical/Aeronautical)
