- Oversee and optimize People Services operations globally
- Maintain and update HR systems with precise data entry
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Develop and manage personnel documentation compliance
- Deliver services per SLA and improve employee experience
- Collaborate with HR team for policy consistency
- Generate data extracts to support payroll activities
- Resolve operational challenges with People Services Country Manager
What you’ll bring
- Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced data extraction and management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure to global stakeholders across multiple regions
- Ability to conduct background checks accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication

- College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
