- Design and qualify fixtures and gauges for turbine components
- Lead tooling projects from conception through production support
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and engineering documentation
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
- Analyze inspection data and implement repair actions
- Drive continuous process improvements in tool design
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Mechanical or Fixture Design Engineering
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD/Drafting
- Experience using Siemens Teamcenter
- Tooling and fixture design expertise
- Inspection plan development
- Repair logistics coordination
