The Delivery Lead Associate Director leads end‑to‑end HR delivery, RPA/Gen AI initiatives, and executive stakeholder engagement, ensuring SLA compliance and driving cost‑to‑serve improvements. Based in Navi Mumbai, India, this on‑site role requires extensive experience in global HR transformation and large‑scale talent acquisition.

What you’ll do

• Own account‑level service delivery for HR shared services
• Drive productivity targets and automation adoption
• Lead HR transformation roadmap and measurable outcomes
• Engage executive HR stakeholders and vendor teams
• Maintain delivery stability across geographies
• Act as escalation authority for complex service risks
• Develop and execute strategy for cost‑to‑serve improvement
• Manage large, multi‑function global HR and technology teams

What you’ll bring

• 18-28 years experience
• Deep knowledge of Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
• Experience with RPA/Gen AI implementation in HR
• Managed US region HR and talent acquisition
• Led global HR shared services delivery
• Senior stakeholder engagement with CHROs and VPs
• Professional certifications (PMP, Workday) advantageous
