About the role

HR Transformation Services at Accenture drives workforce performance and agility through end‑to‑end talent and HR operations. The Delivery Lead Associate Director defines and executes HR strategy, leads large‑scale transformation initiatives, and partners with senior client executives to embed AI‑enabled automation. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site work model, overseeing global delivery teams and complex multi‑location operations.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute Talent & HR Operations strategy aligned with business priorities
• Lead large‑scale HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Drive innovation, automation, and AI adoption across HR processes
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR services including Hire‑to‑Retire, talent acquisition, payroll, and shared services
• Partner with senior client executives and Accenture leadership to shape workforce strategies
• Manage complex global delivery models and ensure delivery excellence against SLA and KPI targets
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic client relationships and lead governance forums
• Resolve escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
