• Maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers

• Achieve branch targets and ensure profitability
• Conduct field visits for marketing and collection activities
• Coordinate with departments for smooth branch operations
• Detect and prevent fraud, ensure compliance
• Oversee branch books, statutory records and asset upkeep
• Train and develop branch team
