About the role

Product Management team at JazzX AI builds AI-native digital worker platforms that enable enterprises to capture expert judgment and automate complex, regulated workflows. The Principal Product Manager defines product strategy, partners with engineering to design scalable platform capabilities, and works directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into reusable solutions. Bangalore, on-site, full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI-native digital worker platform
• Write clear product requirements and technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture and prioritize features
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback and translate into platform capabilities
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, design, engineering, and customer success
• Measure product adoption and operational impact using metrics
• Lead product launches and rollout plans
• Mentor junior product managers and champion best practices

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years product management experience
• experience building enterprise SaaS/platform products
• experience with APIs, integrations, data-intensive workflows
• experience in regulated industries such as lending or financial services
• experience with AI-enabled workflow automation
• strong systems thinking and platform mindset
• ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
