About the role
Global Cloud Operations team at OneTrust ensures a resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure for customers worldwide. The Senior Cloud Ops Engineer monitors, automates, and supports Linux, Azure SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB environments, driving incident resolution and lifecycle processes. Bengaluru, India, hybrid (3 days onsite) with relocation assistance.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and maintain global cloud infrastructure
- Automate deployment and lifecycle processes
- Respond to incidents and coordinate cross‑team resolution
- Define and track operational metrics like performance and availability
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers on cloud service enhancements
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and related tools
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years professional experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Azure platform experience
- 1+ years automation with Terraform, Ansible or Chef
- Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell or Python scripting
- Experience with containerization and DevOps technologies
- Strong process management and multitasking skills
