About the role

Securities Finance Suite at FIS provides a holistic set of fintech products that streamline financing market operations and improve collateral management. The Product Support Representative resolves client inquiries, troubleshoots software issues, and documents technical problems to enhance product quality. Pune, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Document recurring technical issues for product quality programs
• Recreate client issues in test environments
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and SMEs to resolve functional and technical problems

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years application support experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Knowledge of financial markets (Securities Finance) a plus
• High-level understanding of C++ or Java
• 3+ years Windows/Linux OS experience
• SQL database knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent customer relationship management
