What you’ll do
- Lead design and implementation of automation across documentation lifecycle
- Build and operate production agents, scripts, and pipelines
- Architect system integrations using REST APIs
- Apply AI/LLM capabilities for content generation and validation
- Ensure reliability and performance through monitoring and improvements
- Define standards and reusable components for automation
- Mentor team members and share technical guidance
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to advance automation maturity
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years automation or software engineering experience
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Python for production automation
- Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with REST APIs and LLM integration
Nice to have
- Experience designing multi-agent AI workflows
- Knowledge of observability and cost tracking for AI systems
- Containerization and deployment of long-running services
