What you’ll do
- Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Automation products
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility
- Own product backlog, translate needs into user stories and specifications
- Lead Agile delivery processes and product launches
- Serve as liaison between business, technology, and executive stakeholders
- Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve productivity
- Ensure responsible AI governance, compliance, and risk management
- Lead, mentor, and develop product owners and business analysts
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree with 6+ years experience in IT leadership
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience in IT leadership
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Cloud, AI
- Experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, AI, automation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, e‑commerce platforms
- Managing cross‑functional, distributed teams and external partners
- Agile product delivery and roadmap execution
- Developing business cases and managing budgets
