Sr FinOps Analyst - AR, Global Account Receivables

About the role

The Global Accts Rec (GAR) team seeks a Collections Analyst to resolve accounts receivable queries and drive monthly collection targets for Amazon customers. Day-to-day duties include reconciling complex accounts, following up with clients via phone and email, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes. This full-time role is based in Pune, MH, IND, requiring on-site work five days weekly.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts receivable queries
• Reconcile complex accounts and maintain detailed records
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes
• Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate challenges
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Meet monthly productivity goals

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
• Advanced level knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

Nice to have

• 3+ years of finance operations/shared services experience
• Experience in accounts payable, account receivable (collections), or general ledger
