What you’ll do
- Design and deliver system architectures for memory and storage subsystems
- Perform system‑level simulations and compare design paradigms
- Develop models of controllers, components, and interconnects
- Capture and analyze application memory access patterns
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams
- Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions
- Document trade‑offs and performance benefits
- Adapt designs based on modeling results
What you’ll bring
- Strong computer architecture analysis
- Experience with large‑scale server memory/storage systems
- C++ development
- Python or SystemC proficiency
- Knowledge of DRAM/NAND memory systems
- Performance modeling and simulation tools
- Ability to benchmark and analyze memory access patterns
- Excellent communication skills
