What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned portfolio
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Maintain ATS data quality and generate recruitment dashboards
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and analysts
- Manage candidate experience and coordinate interview processes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years recruiting lifecycle experience
- Proficiency with ATS/HRMS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo
- Advanced sourcing using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
- Stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Advanced Excel for reporting and analytics
