About the role

The Senior Analyst manages full‑lifecycle recruiting, coordinates interview schedules, handles ATS/VMS submissions and ensures SLA compliance. What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned requisitions
- Source and build pipelines for prioritized profiles
- Screen applications and conduct discovery discussions
- Prepare and share shortlisted candidate profiles via ATS/VMS
- Drive feedback loops, candidate communication and offer coordination
- Trigger onboarding handoff and manage associate engagement
- Conduct technical screening and assessments as needed
What you’ll bring
- Graduate Degree
- 5+ years full‑lifecycle recruiting
- US staffing experience
- ATS/VMS tools (e.g., Bullhorn)
- Sourcing active and passive candidates
