About the role
The Project Coordinator - Planning role at Cushman & Wakefield supports project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects in Bengaluru, India. Day-to-day work includes maintaining integrated project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and consultants. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you’ll do
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases
- Support the establishment of project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays, risks, and schedule deviations
- Collect, validate, and consolidate project progress data from contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Support critical path analysis and schedule reviews to ensure timely project delivery
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, dashboards, status trackers, and presentations
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates
- Maintain planning documentation, project records, action trackers, and schedule change logs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3 - 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, project coordination, or project controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and project reporting tools
- Sound understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling techniques, project controls, and risk management principles
- Experience in project progress tracking, schedule updates, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic project environment
- Knowledge of project planning best practices, schedule monitoring, and performance reporting
Nice to have
- Experience supporting commercial real estate, workplace, industrial, retail, healthcare, data center, infrastructure, or fit-out projects
- Primavera P6 Certification, PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management certifications
