- Monitor and expand agency recruitment, OEM activation, and Banca engagement
- Ensure key agency matrix and uniform practices across the location
- Achieve top‑line targets and BDE/ELR as defined
- Drive renewals to meet targets
- Prepare morning and evening business reports
