About the role

Operations Data Strategy Team at Amgen drives enterprise digital transformation. The Data & Information Architect designs and deploys knowledge graph and generative AI solutions to modernize data, content, and decision-making across pharmaceutical operations. Works on hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks) to build scalable, compliant AI products. Hyderabad, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop connected data solutions using knowledge graphs and generative AI
• Build and scale proof‑of‑concepts in SQL and SPARQL into enterprise data products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into semantic models
• Integrate FAIR data principles and ensure responsible AI compliance
• Facilitate workshops to define success criteria and transformation opportunities

What you’ll bring

Master's degree or Bachelor's with 4-7 years experience in Data Science, AI, or related fields

Nice to have

• Strong hands‑on experience with information modeling and knowledge graphs
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation (R2RML)
• Experience with Generative AI and large language models
• Hands‑on with Databricks or similar AI platforms
• Knowledge of FAIR data principles and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with graph databases such as Stardog or GraphDB
