About the role
CyberSecurity team at LTM LIMITED focuses on AI-enabled identity and access management solutions. The Senior Specialist drives the roadmap for onboarding automation, translating pain points into use cases, and leads delivery across IAM ops, engineering, and data science teams. Works on access role recommendations, intelligent request intake, and SoD policy automation in Bengaluru, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Own AI-enabled onboarding roadmap and prioritize use cases
- Translate onboarding pain points into user stories and measurable outcomes
- Run delivery cadence across IAM ops, engineering, and data science teams
- Define confidence thresholds and human‑in‑the‑loop decision points for AI models
- Coordinate data integration from HR feeds, IAM catalogue, and ticketing tools
- Partner with engineering to integrate solutions into ServiceNow and IGA tooling
- Define BAU support model, runbooks, and training for IAM ops
- Track KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, rework rate, and access errors
What you’ll bring
- 7-11 years experience
- IDAM - ForgeRock IDM expertise
- Familiarity with ForgeRock OpenAM preferred
