About the role
Business Consulting Finance team at EY helps clients across sectors with finance transformation projects, redesigning finance processes, structures, and functions for efficiency and cost optimization. The Senior Consultant leads large transformation initiatives, defines finance strategy, designs target operating models, and drives agile finance and digital enablement while engaging senior client stakeholders. Based in Kochi, KL, IN, on-site work model with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Lead large business transformation projects focusing on finance processes and technology
- Define finance vision and develop comprehensive transformation plans
- Design finance target operating model and reengineer processes
- Conduct cost optimization and manpower planning activities
- Drive agile finance and digital enablement initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from business case to execution
- Engage senior client stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and governance sessions
- Contribute to business development by creating proposals and solution development
What you’ll bring
- CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA Finance degree
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Experience with analytical tools
- Report writing and client handling
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Willingness to travel onsite
- Willing to work Sunday-Thursday MENA timings
