About the role

EY Consulting Finance Transformation team drives finance modernization for TMT clients, designing operating models, automation and analytics solutions. The role leads finance transformation engagements across Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and FP&A, delivering assessments, future-state designs and technology enablement. Based in Bengaluru, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence large-scale digital finance programs.

What you’ll do

• Lead finance transformation engagements and conduct current‑state assessments
• Design future‑state finance operating models, shared services and KPI frameworks
• Support ERP/EPM implementation and finance automation initiatives
• Develop management reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with CFOs, controllers and finance leaders to deliver recommendations
• Contribute to business development, proposal creation and thought leadership

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years relevant experience for Consultant level
• 4-6 years for Senior Consultant
• 6-10 years for Manager
• Hands‑on ERP experience (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Finance process expertise in P2P, R2R, OTC, FP&A
• Experience with EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle EPBCS, OneStream)
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
