What you’ll do
- Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations
- Act as escalation point on policy and process issues
- Review Business Ethics Line matters and conduct investigations
- Identify need for new policies due to business or legislative changes
- Coordinate compliance actions with employees
- Coach line managers and career counselors
- Provide advisory support to MDs
- Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Graduated in Human Resources, Business Management or Law
- Advanced English proficiency
- 5-7 years HR experience
- Experience resolving conflicts
