About the role

AGCO seeks an Engineering Technician in Pune to support mechanical physical lab activities, vehicle testing, and reporting for local and global projects. The role involves managing data acquisition, instrumentation, post-processing, and validation plans to enhance product development. This position is based on-site in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

Manage and conduct requested tests including field data acquisition and vehicle testing
Perform instrumentation on field and laboratory settings
Execute data post-processing and computational analysis
Develop and publish reports based on acquired results
Participate in multifunctional groups to plan activities for local and global projects
Contribute to the elaboration of Validation Plans (DVP) and test procedures
Work on defining duty cycles for various product groups
Ensure quality support during product and system validation

What you’ll bring

Engineering graduation (Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Control/Automation preferred)
Experience in lab test or validation routines
Experience in data acquisition, instrumentation, and post-processing
Knowledge of LabVIEW or other programming languages

Nice to have

Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, MS Project, and Office tools
Skills in data entry and data extraction
