About the role

AGCO Engineering team seeks an Engineering Technician to support mechanical lab activities, data acquisition, vehicle testing, and reporting for local and global projects. The role conducts field and laboratory tests, processes data, and develops validation reports while collaborating with multifunctional product development groups. Pune, MH, India, onsite work environment.

What you’ll do

Manage and conduct mechanical and vehicle tests for data acquisition
Perform data post-processing and computational analysis
Develop and publish validation reports
Participate in multifunctional product development groups
Contribute to creation of validation plans, test procedures, and norms

What you’ll bring

Knowledge of data entry, extraction, Excel, Tableau
Experience with data acquisition and instrumentation
LabVIEW or other programming language experience
Familiarity with MS Project and Office tools

Nice to have

Experience in lab test or validation routines
Ability to conduct vehicle and field tests
Skill in post-processing and computational analysis
