About the role

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. To achieve overall assigned monthly target of Motor and Health separately. 2. Recruit, build, develop train the advisor from open market. 3. Minimum specific no of advisor to be recruited per month. 4. Generate business through regular visits, engagement and interaction with motor dealer in the assigned area. 5. Generate business through regular visits and alignment with Bank Branches.

What you’ll do

• Achieve monthly targets for Motor and Health segments
• Recruit, build, develop, and train advisors from the open market
• Ensure a minimum number of advisors are recruited each month
• Generate business through regular visits and engagement with motor dealers in the assigned area
• Generate business through regular visits and alignment with bank branches
