About the role

Center for Observational Research (CfOR) at Amgen generates real‑world evidence to guide drug development and commercialization. The Senior Associate drives operational projects, budgets, compliance and AI‑enabled workflow transformation, and partners with cross‑functional scientific teams to deliver high‑quality observational studies. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Support end‑to‑end operational workflows including budgeting, contracting and compliance
• Drive AI‑enabled process transformation to improve efficiency and decision‑making
• Provide operational and documentation support for global RWE studies
• Manage project planning, governance tracking, risk/issue monitoring and stakeholder reporting
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and Smartsheet

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years scientific or operations experience
• Master’s degree with 5+ years scientific or operations experience
• Pharma/healthcare degree with technology/AI knowledge

Nice to have

• 5+ years project management experience
• 3+ years pharma/biotech experience
• Budgeting and vendor management expertise
• SharePoint content governance and document control
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Copilot, Smartsheet, Miro, MS Teams, Office 365
