About the role
Seasoned QA engineer with 6-9 years of experience in agile environments, specializing in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber-Serenity, and API testing tools like REST Assured. Proficient in database testing, SQL, and Cockroach DB, with strong coding skills and Jira expertise. Adept at analyzing, designing, coding, and testing software, while fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
What you’ll do
- Deep understanding of software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning
- Build and maintain good working relationships with partners
- Ensure quality and reliability of software releases
What you’ll bring
- Experienced QA engineer in agile methodology
- Proficient in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber-Serenity, API Testing)
- Knowledge of REST Assured, Insomnia, and other web services test tools
- Database, SQL, Cockroach DB testing experience
- Experience with at least one coding/scripting language
- Jira proficiency essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Order Management System
- Knowledge of Java, Spring and Springboot
- Basic understanding of Mainframe CICS screens
