About the role

The Senior Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, creates scalable ETL pipelines, and implements AI-powered engagement using Agentforce and Einstein AI. Role is based in India office with on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud data models and pipelines
- Develop integrations using APIs, Mulesoft, Kafka/Kinesis
- Implement AI agents with Agentforce and Einstein AI
- Configure identity resolution and consent management
- Create monitoring and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commerce, and Analytics teams
- Lead architecture and code reviews
- Document solutions and runbooks
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software and data engineering
- 3-4 years Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
- 3-4 years AI-powered customer engagement solutions
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Develop REST, GraphQL, Mulesoft integrations
- Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews
