About the role

Cyber Security Advisory team at PwC focuses on protecting organisations through advanced identity and access management solutions. The Senior Associate designs, configures and extends IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra, leads architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning and certifications, and develops custom integrations using Java, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid model with office presence as required.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement enterprise IGA solutions
  • Lead IGA architecture for provisioning and certifications
  • Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases and APIs
  • Develop JML workflows and automated provisioning
  • Create access certification campaigns and SoD rules
  • Build custom integrations and workflows using Java, SQL, REST/SOAP
  • Implement RBAC models aligned with business needs
  • Gather requirements, conduct workshops and provide effort estimations

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years IGA implementation experience
  • Hands‑on with SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE
  • SQL and JSON data handling
  • REST & SOAP API integration
  • Active Directory and LDAP configuration
  • Identity lifecycle and access governance expertise
  • Strong client communication skills
